Problem Some computers may display a dialog message titled "Themida" while running the JAWS 2018 setup package. The message states : "Cannot find 'LocaleCommon.dll'. Please, reinstall the application." This message typically occurs at the beginning and/or the end of the install, repair, or uninstall process of JAWS 2018. We believe this issue is the result of miscellaneous files left over from previous installations, and does not cause any harm. Solution Select OK each time the message occurs in order to continue. There has been no evidence that it blocks or negatively impacts the execution of the Setup Package.
