Well, I use JAWS 18, and have tried this a few times. I was told never to expect great results from Convenient OCR, and indeed, I've never really got any. But sometimes it's enough to tell roughly what people are talking about when they post an image with text in it. You'll just have to experiment and see. I know the OCR is supposed to be improved in JAWS 2018, so you should get the best possible results, at any rate, if you try it.
