Why don't you try two things:  
First, telling it not to block this mailing list, and note that you have to
tick it twice.
Second, you can try adding their email addresses to your contacts.

I'm  using Windows 10 and jaws 18.  Many of the messages from this list are
ending up in the Spam Detector folder.  I have tried going to the Junk
option and indicating "never Block Sender"  and also tried "Never Block
Sender's Domain".  However, many messages still end up there, especially
those from Mike B and J. M. Casey for some reason.

Can anyone make a suggestion as to what else I can do to stop this annoying
occurrence?
