This message is directed at those folks who are using jaws 2018 with Firefox and are audible subscribers. Audible offers the ability to return a book if you don’t like it. When you are on the screen that is listing your audible orders, and you press enter on a “return“ link associated with a given book, there is a window that comes up within the window or, according to my sighted husband, it’s sort of behind the window where the focus was. You can get to it with a mouse, which is what he did. But I’m wondering if there is a way to put focus on this window, which allows you to complete the return process. Ideally, when you press enter on the “return“ link, jaws would focus on this new window where you need to take action to complete the process.
