Kevin,
If the document comes up in Web Layout, just press Escape and it should return 
to a normal view supported by Jaws.

Hi Kevin,

It's best to use the, Print, view.  Try pressing, Alt, Control, + P, to put 
Word into Print view while in an open document.

I’m using word 2016 I saved a document I created as a single web page, now
when I open previous documents word opens them in web layout view.  how can
I get word to open documents in normal view?
