Yes, it will definitely work with that version of JAWS.
I actually wrote in to the Google Accessibility team, and have also signed
up to be on their, I think it's called, insider list, where you can be
contacted from time to time regardin accessibility issues.

Hi!
Definitely Google Chrome browser. JAWS is very snappy in Chrome, and the
Chrome browser loads pages and handles downloads very quickly. I have a
tutorial on Using Google Chrome, a Text tutorial, that is very up to date if
you guys want it.

For those of us who didn't stay with Win 7 and moved to Win 10, what browser
works best with Jaws 18?

I agree! But Chrome also works well with Win 7.

For those who kept Win7, as I was strongly urged to by an expert in the
field, IE11 still works well.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Anoying Internet Explorer.
Hello,
I made reference to this question in another e-mail, but I am wondering if
others are experiencing this.
I am using IE 11 on a Toshiba laptop with Windows 10 creator edition.
Even before that, though, IE seems to get hung up often when trying to
load. All of a sudden I lose either speech, or the web page won't resolve
itself, then I get some kind of problem message with IE that differs
slightly from one incident to another, with the final announcement that IE
is closing.
Sometimes closing the program puts me where I want to be on the site in
the first place, but not always.
Are there any helps for this? IS this the way IE interfaces with Jaws, or
is this just IE not getting support?
Thanks for your help.
Judy
