Thanks, Mike. Now I find that Google won't let me use my Gmail address with my 
email server, probably because my website URL is unfamiliar. I'll have to dig 
deeper.

In Outlook 2010, hold down the alt key and press f to open the file manager.
Tab to add account and press enter.  On the next screen, fill in your name, 
email address, and password and press enter on the next button.

Hi. I tried to figure this out with the Outlook ribbon, but in vain. I need to 
use my Gmail email address for sending and receiving messages in addition to my
