Hi, Bill, 1. Go into the Configuration Manager. 2. Press control+alt+D to open the Default configuration file. 3. Go into the "set options" menu by pressing alt+S. 4. Arrow down until you find "keyboard options" and press enter. 5. This will open a dialog box. In there you should find an option which allows you to change which key is used as the JAWS key on a laptop. the options are caps lock, scroll lock, and Insert, I think. (This option will only be available if you already have your keyboard set to the laptop layout.) 6. Save the configuration file when finished.
