I beg your pardon. As far as I know, Avast was not preinstalled when I
bought the desktop computer. Having said that, Avast was also installed

I press enter after hearing the graphic message, nothing happens, and all

get is a ding sound. I can't get the program to work under Windows 7 or
Windows 10. And, I don't know how Avast got installed, so please don't
ask.
