Dear, do the following. Press window+I, select the last item that is security and update press enter there. Now select windows defender and tab key to open security center and press space bar to open it. Now select virus protection and tab to setting here press space bar. Now tab key to the setting link and press space bar. Here uncheck all check boxes. Whenever you uncheck anything, your user control will ask your permission and you need to press alt+Y every time.
