The answer is yes, I just got an external blue-ray drive for around $80 from
Amazon. It is an Asus if I spell it correctly. There are also standard DVD
drives available as well.
I just connected it up and it worked.

With most new laptops, there are no CD drives. Are there external CD drives
that plug into your USB port, and are there some that are better than
others? Running JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop. Thanks.
