Afternooon all. I just copied an audio cd to put on my external hard drive. When I went into my “this pc” folder, then to music, I found the folder, with the associated files. But I was having some trouble opening the tracks with either Media Player, or VLC Media player. /So I thought I would delete the folder, then recopy it. However, when I tried to delete the folder, I got a message saying the access was denied to the folder. I am using Windows 10 and JAWS 2018 on a Dell laptop. Thanks in advance.
