you know Mike that was always the way i downloaded using dvdvideosoft
youtube converter, I never downloaded with the youtube video playing!

Hi All,
Here is another way you can use the Free YouTube Downloader by Carlos when
you don't have the program open at the same time as you have YouTube open.
Let's say that someone sends you a YouTube link in an email for any kind of
file, & you click on it, it starts playing, & you like it & would like to
save / download it. Well, here's what you do!
1. Press, F6, to highlight the YouTube URL, & press, Control + C, to copy it
to the clipboard. Close the YouTube page with Alt + F4.
2. Go to your Free YouTube To MP3 Converter Portable folder open it, & press
enter on the converter executable to open / start it.
3. Now press, Control + V, to paste the YouTube link, & if you have it set
to auto download it will start downloading automatically, but if you don't
you can tab to the format options to choose your download format, tab to
the, download button, & press enter / spacebar. You should hear a tone when
the download is complete. If you would like to download the same file in a
different format tab around to the DVD Video Soft screen / window, & press,
Control + V, to paste the link again, you'll get a message about there's
already that link there blah blah blah, choose yes to replace it, choose
your format, & press enter / spacebar on the download button again.
4. When files download using this downloader they download to the download
folder that's in the same folder as the converter executable, & not to your
default download location.
