Hi, George. Press control+JAWS key+enter all together. If this sounds like a 
stretch, I press the control key with my left hand and, with my right thumb an 
pinky, hold both the insert and enter keys on the numpad. 
As I recall, once you've pressed that combo, one way to navigate the results is 
to press j to enter a line number. I think it will become apparent after you've 
pressed that combination. Since I don't have any mouseover controls in front of 
me right now, I can't be clearer.
