It works, sure. However, you may not get a lot of feedback, depending on how the remote person is operating. If they are sighted and moving the mouse around and using keyboard shortcuts the way most service desk types do, probably don't expect JAWS to say much. But yes, team viewer itself has an extremely minimal, streamlined interface that is perfectly accessible.
