Go into quick settings with JAWS key+v, then arrow down to "Select and copy from full screen." Then press spacebar to switch to " from virtual cursor." Tab to okay. The default is to display a webpage more or less as it appears on the screen. The "virtual cursor" gives JAWS greater precision so that when you select text, it selects the text you intend.
