I personally do not suggest people do that, but I accept the fact that they want the program. That is why I placed it up there for download.

I thought outlook express support was long gone from Microsoft.
Why use an old 2003 piece of software?
There are other supported options.

when I try and download outlook express 2003 from the jaws program list, I
hit enter when on the link, I choose to save the file, but nothing happens
