Hi everyone.

The subject pretty much explains it all. JAWS takes several seconds to
announce names and details of processes as I arrow through them, or use the
tab key to move between the different columns. I estimate that between a key
press and JAWS actually saying something, the wait is often as much as five
seconds. This annoys me a lot, because task manager is supposed to be a
quick and easy way to end/start/manipulate processes. I've thought of
swapping out the native Windows task manager for Process Explorer. But that
programme has a lot more detail and fine tuning options than Microsoft's
Task Manager, and more animated graphics, so I'm not really sure that would
improve the situation. I know this has to do with JAWS, because when my
sighted partner uses TM, it's as quick as can be. It does seem more
responsive using NVDA, but I'm wondering if there's any way I can improve
the situation re/using JFW. I'm using JAWS 18, and have W10 1709.

Thanks.
