Yes, it's in my system. I think you're right that MS Accessibility is my next 
port of call.

Adrian..is the update in question already in your system.  I've noticed a raft 
of updates this month - about four of them.  But all installed successfully.  
In a case such as yours, I'd call Microsoft's accessibility line for help.  I 
have generally found them helpful. Sorry for the punt.
