On a laptop, I have: Windows 7 Word 2010, Outlook 2010 Home Edition and JAWS 13 Some time ago, I set up some folders in outlook to save some of my important e-mails that I received throughout the years. Today I needed to access some e-mail's that I needed and they weren't in my folder, or any other folder that I had set up. I noticed that the last e-mail in my folder was from 2015. It seams that the other e-mail's prior to 2015 disappeared. Does Outlook purge old e-mails after a certain period of time, or do they go some where else? If they are still in my laptop, is there an easy way to retrieve them? Any help in simple terms will be greatly appreciated. I'm not that great of a computer user.
