Afternoon all. I am running JAWS 2018, WLM 16 and Windows 10 on a dell laptop. For some reason, when I am in my inbox, as I arrow through the messages, instead of JAWS saying the message heading, all JAWS says is “selected”. I am uncertain as to whether I pressed a keyboard combination or not. Any suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
