One would certainly thinkso. However when I go to the view menu there is an
"arrange by" and once opened date has been checked, but there is nothing in
there about the order of messages. Or nothing I can find anyway.
Thanks for your helping me in finding the solution.

Oh, sorry. 2003 has the traditional menus. I don't have 2003 in front of me,
but if you go in to the view menu you should find the option to change the
order of messages.

I tried tabbing around in the in box and could find nothing like that. I'm
using Outlook 2003.

In outlook 2016, if you tab through the inbox, you will get to a button that
allows you to change what messages are displayed. Here, you can choose to see
all mail, or just unread mail, etc. There is also an option here to sort mail
by date, subject, etc. directly below this sort mail option is a button that
says, reverse sort. This should set things right again.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and there is no organize button in the view menu.
Any other suggestions?

You have to press the Reverse Order button. In Outlook 2010 and newer, this is
in the Organize group of the View tab in the main window.

Hope it helps!

I'm having a senior moment. The order of my messages in my Outlook in box has
changed. It use to be that the newest messages were at the bottome of the list.
Which is the way I want it. Now for some reason the newest are at the top of
the list and not at the bottom. How can I change it back to the way I want it.

I haven't been able to find anything in the menus.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
