Hi everyone, I hope you are all well, wherever you are.
I use jaws 16 on a laptop computer for work. I just tried down loading the voice pack for jaws. I installed it, restarted the pc but jaws is still not announcing any new voices in the voice settings. Can anyone tell me what I am not doing, or doing wrong please? Many thanks, and my apologies, I'm a little bit technologically challenged!
