Hi,

You can enable this by going into the JAWS settings with JAWS key plus the 
number 6, pressing shift control D to get to the default settings, and then 
type mouse into the search box.  Enable mouse echo is one of the choices that 
will be displayed.

Can anyone remind me how to turn on mouse reading so when  moving the mouse, it
