If it's spelling rather than spell-checking, why not just right-arrow
through the text?  Perhaps I'm not understanding the question?  Smile.

You can select a certain block of text and spell-check within that text.
However, I'm not sure you can select the contents of a frame other than by
marking the top and bottom boundaries. As I think about this some more, it
sounds like you're dealing with a Webpage. If so, do you have a
spell-checker that can work on websites? Can you be more specific with your
query?
