For a JAWS frame I think the only way would be to write a script and use the Run Script or Run ScriptEvent option. If you go into the frame options in the frame manager and go where you can add actions to your frame there is no built-in script for spelling the contents of the frame, at least not that I can tell. However, there is an option to run an associated script.
