Wow, thanks so much, that sounds brilliant, it used to be a lot harder a while 
ago, you had to edit an .ini file if I remember correctly.

Thanks again for the help, this may help with the dropouts on JAWS when using 
the Realtek sound card on the doc maybe.

insert plus J for jaws menu
Arrow down to utilities sub menu hit enter or wright arrow, Arrow down or up 
for "sound card sub menu" hit enter or wright arrow arrow down to select your 
preferred card for jaws output audio, and hit enter, That's it.
