I find that the link will work when placed on a line of its own. However,
you can highlight the link and press the application key and then , arrow up
to open link. That should work for you.

A note.  if you are using an older release, as I am, Outlook 2010, for
instance. Some links are too long for outlook to use by pressing enter. That
is where we should use the application key method of opening the link.
Anyway, this is how I handle this problem. Hope this helps.

Hi, Folks.  When I'm in an email, and there's a link, I'm unable to go into
Internet Explorer to that particular link when I press Enter.  By contrast,
I was able to do that using NVDA.  What's the problem here and how do I fix
