I found Sound Alerts and muted them. It worked.

This sounds like the Webvisum add-on. I recalled going in and disabling some
settings as I only used it for the capcia stuff and didn't need the other
accessibility features. It may also depend on any other extensions you also
have running. NoScript can be pretty clicky too for example.

When Fire Fox starts, it keeps making an annoying clicking sound. I know
this mightt be due to Webvisum loading, but it can continue for a minute or
longer when clicking on a web site. Is there any way to turn off sounds in
Fire Fox or must we just live with them. This has been true for a long time
with earlier versions of JAWS and Window-Eyes. I’m finally getting tired
enough of it to ask about it. I didn’t see any options in the Fire Fox
menus. Does JAWS have any settings for this? I am using JAWS 2018 with
Windows 7 64-Bit Pro. Thanks.
