This Screen Shade is not available in JAWS 16. It started in the JAWS 2018 release. Eric

One way you can find it now is to press JAWS key+1 on the number row above the letters to invoke JAWS' key identifier mode. Then look for the three keys that normally reside together at the top right of the keyboard.
