Timothy, On your "P.S." query, I'm guessing the answer is to place focus in the dialog, then press JAWS key+alt+w to virtualize the window. Then press control-a to select all, then control-c to copy. As I think you realize, after that you press control-v to paste the copy into the message. Of course, once you've copied the text, you could also paste into a word processing file and edit it. I hope this is responsive to this part of your query.
