Susan, The name of the woman behind ATI is CathyAnne Murtha. If you do a Google search for the company name and hers, you should find an email link for her. In fact, there's one on the ATI website from which you made your purchase. She's no rip-off artist, so contact her and explain the problem.
As for VFO, they offer some training that is free and some that requires payment.
