Hi Andy, As for your , Insert / Jaws key + B, issue, make sure the screen is maximized, & you might even have to play with the screen resolution settings to get Jaws to read what you want. For Norton, you probably will need to use a removal tool, so you can get the Norton removal tool using the link below.
