As there are VFO folks on these lists, You wonder if they don't go about reverse engineering this sale to figure out who was the rep that messed up if in fact it was a mistake as it appears to be. I'm sure they've got to have some sort of self-auditing type of system in place in general. That's probably what I would do if for nothing else to figure out who needs a bit more training or to be taken off of sales.
