Hello Mich,
Regarding your first question, looks like you have
your keyboard echo set to
"words", so you'll need to change it to echo none or
character, whichever
you prefer. You can do this in Configuration Manager,
under Set options, and
User options.
About the edit and message windows, if f6 is not
working, (sometimes this
happens to me when I have many things opened), try the
Tab key, it should
take you there as well.
You could either just delete the yahoo mail icon from
your desktop, or go to
Add and remove programs and remove the yahoo mail tool
altogether.
Finally, I personally choose to not install (or in
your case remove) the
yahoo toolbar and yahoo services. The latter are
basically just some links
added to your Favourites; so I'd say go for it and
remove them.
