Press "windows plus R" to open the run box, type: shell:appsfolder Then hit inter. Now in the opened folder look for "Microsoft Store" and press the applications key on it. select "pin to start" from that menu and hit inter. Or even you can create a shortcut on your desktop from that menu. That applies to every item in that folder and they are many useful shortcuts for apps and services.
