For Disc Cleanup, start typing "disc" into the field, pause, and then arrow down once. The disc cleanup option comes up and you just press enter. To get into the disc cleanup window, press alt-tab once. I suggest having all other programs closed. It can take a minute or so. Once done, JAWS will start talking, and you'll be presented with a vertical checklist of items to include in the cleanup. Make your selections, then tab to Okay, then again to confirm. I haven't done a defrag in a while, but I just checked that it comes up right away in the Windows search field. Even though my computer seems to be basically back to normal now, I'm thinking this might be a good idea, in light of the major issues I had this past Wednesday after doing the latest Jaws update.
