Hi Fernando, Alls I can say is what I stated earlier. I make my changes in the Start Menu properties, Classic Shell, does what it does depending on what link you click on for your choice of skins. I'm not well versed with Windows 10, & don't plan on being so for as long as I can help it! LOL I am most definitely not a computer literate lingo person, & most people on this list as well as many others know it, but I do learn at my own pace. I'm pretty much self taught, but I've had the tutoring of very fine people from this list that kept my sanity in tact while I dealt with the learning curve of computers. I'm only saying this so you understand why I stated that playing around with the options was the only way to see how each of the skins will read for each individual. that computer lingo crap that is put into help files is like a foreign language to so many people it's not even funny! I would be willing to wager, that at a minimum, 75% of the people that use computers around the world don't have a clue as to what is being said when they read instructions on the internet written by computer experts, or the computer lingo crap that's written in help files.
I really enjoy reading your posts' because although they might be above my pay grade I can figure them out by reading them a few times! You don't go overboard on the computer lingo crap, but show that you know what you're talking about, which is truly appreciated by not only me, but other list members that are in the same boat of computer skill level. You will get these 2 radio buttons after you click on a setting link, i.e; Open Start menu , press enter on either, Windows Classic link, Windows XP link, Windows Vista / Windows 7 link. Now after you press enter, tab to the Basic Settings / All Settings radio buttons, choose which one you want, tab to, Okay, & press enter. Now your settings are changed, but for me anyways, I don't know how the chosen settings will look / be read by Jaws until afterward. This is why I say it takes some playing around with the Classic, XP, or Vista / Win 7settings, & both the Basic / All settings to get a feel for how Jaws will read for you. To do this: 1. Open the Start Menu, & open the All Programs sub-menu. 2. Find the Classic Shell program & open the folder. 3. In here you will have, Classic Explorer Settings, Classic IE9 settings, & Classic Start Menu settings. Press enter on the 1 of choice to get to your options. For example in the Classic Start Menu settings. You have Windows Classic, Windows XP, & Windows Vista / Windows 7 links. Click on 1 of them & choose from All settings or Basic settings.
