Sorry for the late response on this...I'm WAY behind on using my email. I use this feature all the time and have never had a problem finding the "Make Transfer" button. I'm running JAWS 9 with IE7.
Now, I have found I have trouble getting the "OK" button afterward when using JFW9.0.552U with Windows 2000 and IE6 at work.
