Hi folks, Recently there was a thread on this list regarding "Siebel" as a Customer relationship Management tool that could be tailored to work with Jaws. I spent some time on their web site only to find out that the application being discussed is server deployed and will not work in my circumstances. I am either looking for a stand alone CRM package that will work with Jaws 8.latest and Win-XP PRO or an application that could be scripted to work with Jaws. FS claims to support a package called "Goldmine," however the version is so old and out of date that it is no longer compatible with anything currently available.
