hello; no, you can't disable the ribbon in outlook 2016, 2013, 2010, or, any other Microsoft product, however, you can use the jaws virtual ribbon feature, open outlook, insert+v=adjust jaws quick settings, type ribbon into the edit field, now you can check the box virtual ribbon feature, now tab ok enter, now the menu's will be more accessible, note, with the virtual ribbon on, you won't be able to use keyboard shortcuts,
