Hi George, Try opening Adobe Reader using the desktop shortcut icon, now press, Alt + E, navigate to, Accessibility, press enter to set the accessibility settings, or you can press, Control + K, to open preferences after pressing enter on the desktop icon. Preferences is also available in the list when your press, Alt + E.
