I wish that I would have tested everything within the first 15 days when I could return the unit. Last evening I wanted to make a few copies. That option is no longer available using the software in your computer. It is only on the printer control panel which can not be used by a blind individual. In order to make copies you now must scan to a pdf or jpg file, save it then locate and print the file. What is worse is since I installed the printer I can no longer use openbook. When I run it I get a message that it is not responding. I have been using hp printers since the 1970s and openbook when arkenstone first developed the system.
