Hello David, I'm using Outlook 2010, and this does work, with the comment that the first press of "C" Brought me to calendar. I could press "C" again, or arrow down once to get to contacts. You taught me something I did not know. I like to keep a list of all my email contacts in both a Word and WordPad document as a backup. I've always gone to contacts with Control-3 After copying an email address to add, and then pressed Control-n To add a new contact. Your way would be quicker if I had an email message handy, smile, though I would always add the address to my Word and WordPad docs too. I also forget about the Control-y To bring up the folder list, since my hands automatically press Shift-tab to get to the folder list. As usual, ways and ways... Ok; The keystroke ctrl+shift+y=Copy a Folder So, to add contact to the contacts folder, 1, enter on the message which contains the email address, 2, use the keystroke, ctrl+shift+y=copy A Folder, You will hear jaws say something like, Copy item to dialog, 3, press the letter c=contacts press enter, Within a few seconds you should see the Contact property page with all the contact information, You can check this by using the tab key. If your satisfied, just press alt+s=save. You will be placed back into the message. This does work with 2016, 2013, I would assume it would work in 2010 also. But the auto complete isn't so basically, I suppose there's still something corrupted. The Microsoft person told me that he'd emptied auto complete, and that if I write the first few letters and press control K, I'd get a list of relevant addresses from which I could choose. I tried that just now with my daughter's address and the list the control K brought up was completely irrelevant. And I still have to paste in the correct address for the DB Review list. David helped me upgrade to Jaws 2018 and we got rid of the to Miriam folder,so I think that auto complete is just not going to happen, except for the blind democracy list for some unknown reason.
