Hi Steve, Unlike Firefox, Chrome does not have a built-in option to prevent pages from being refreshed. However, you can prevent JAWS from refreshing the virtual buffer by changing Automatically Page Refresh option which is present when you press JAWS+V from witting Chrome. You can change it permanently or temporarily, as well as for all websites or only the one in which you are.
Hope it helps! -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List <jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com> On Behalf Of HICKS, Steven (ROYAL CORNWALL HOSPITALS NHS TRUST) Sent: Thursday, May 3, 2018 9:42 AM To: 'JAWS-Users-List@JAWS-Users.COM' <JAWS-Users-List@JAWS-Users.COM> Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS And Google Chrome Hi friends, Does anyone know if there are any Google Chrome auto refresh options? I Am using a web based application and intermittently, when using the arrow keys WITH jaws to read down through a page that has quite a lot of conversations, the cursor will seem to jump up, to an apparently random place.
