You'll be in a list of categories. Arrow down once to display. Then tab right and you'll eventually come across various formatting options to uncheck, including tabs, spaces, and then paragraph marks. #2: Press, Control, Shift, + 8, on the number row to toggle off the formatting. I spent all morning organizing and putting jaws related in folder, apple related in a folder and so on and so on.. so if someone can help me with the jaws keys to quit announcing space marker and paragraph marker I would greatly appreciate it.
