Hi David, On May 17, using JAWS 2018, I encountered the " unable to complete repair, repair failed." Message. I contacted FS Support who asked me to send them the JAWS log files. I sent them to FS on May 17th. The support person told me that the problem was to be sent to their escalations team for resolution. I haven't heard a thing from them since. I would suggest you contact FS Support and see if you get any further than I did.
