Np. Hope you like it. So far the biggest accessibility hurdle I have found is, oddly enough, the help system, which doesn't seem to be quite Windows standard. However, I think you can find all that stuff online anyway, and if you're already familiar with MS Office, most of OpenOffice's stuff should intuitively make sense to you. One thing a lot of JAWS users may like is that it doesn't use ribbons, but classic menu bars.

OpenOffice works pretty well; in some cases it's even a bit faster and more intuitive than the MS product, I think. Only thing is: it does not contain an e-mail client, so you will have to find one if you want to fill the Outlook gap.
