Hi Marie, There is a bug in JAWS which causes it to not detecting the application you actually were in when you opened the JAWS window with INSERT+J. To make the Select a Voice Profile dialog to detect the application from which you opened it, open it by pressing CTRL+JAWS+S from wittin the desired application instead of using the JAWS menus.
