Hi Becky,
Under the view menu, in Outlook Express,
look at the layout option, and see if contacts are checked.
If so, uncheck it and see if that helps.

I've only noticed one change since I installed Service Pac 3.  In Outlook
Express, when JAWS finishes reading my last email message, it jumps its
focus to the addressbook.
